Refunds and Cancellations
Triperco charges nothing today. What we would do about cancellations and refunds if it ever did — and why a booking is never ours to refund.

There is nothing to refund today
Triperco is free. There is no paid plan, no trial, no card taken anywhere on this site and no charge of any kind, so there is nothing on our side to cancel or to refund.
This page exists anyway, and in advance, because a refund policy written after the first payment is a refund policy written under pressure. What follows is what would apply if a subscription is introduced.
A travel booking is never ours to refund
This is the part most people arrive here for, and the answer is the same whether or not we ever charge anything. Triperco does not sell travel, does not take your payment for it and never holds a reservation. When you book, you buy from the airline, the hotel, the host or the marketplace, on their own site, and your money goes to them.
So a cancelled flight, a room you could not use, a non-refundable rate or a refund that has not arrived is between you and the company you booked with, under the cancellation terms you accepted at their checkout. We cannot cancel it, refund it, or change it, and nobody here can see your booking.
If you cannot find who to ask, write to support@triperco.com and we will help you work out which provider a trip was booked with. That is help with finding them, not a refund from us — we never had the money.
Cancelling a subscription, if there is one
You would be able to cancel at any time, yourself, from your profile page. One step, no email to send, no reason to give, and no notice period.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not cut the period you have already paid for: your access would run to the end of it, and then stop. We do not delete an account because a subscription ended — what you had before there was a paid plan is what you would be left with.
A cancellation is not a refund of the current period, and the section below is where those are dealt with.
Refunds on a subscription
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. That right is yours whatever this page says, and we would not ask you to waive it in order to start using a paid plan. Ask within 14 days of the charge and you would be refunded in full.
Outside those places, and after 14 days, the position would be the same in practice for the first payment: if a plan is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days and we would refund it rather than argue about jurisdiction.
Beyond that, a renewal charge is refundable pro rata for the unused part of the period when the reason is ours — the service was unavailable for a meaningful stretch, or a plan stopped including something it was sold as including. A renewal you did not mean to leave running would be refunded once, in full, if you ask within 14 days of it and have not used the service in that period. We would rather refund somebody who forgot than keep money they did not mean to spend.
What is not refundable is a period you have used, and any charge where the account is closed for a breach of the "Acceptable use" section of the Terms of Service.
How a refund would be made
A subscription would be sold and billed by AgentaOS as the merchant of record, so a refund would be issued by them, to the original payment method, and would appear on your statement under the same name the charge did. We ask for it on your behalf; they make the payment.
Refunds are approved by us within 5 business days of your asking, and the money typically reaches your bank within 5 to 10 business days after that, depending on your card issuer. There is no fee, and a refund is made in the currency you were charged in.
Ask by writing to support@triperco.com from the email address on the account, saying which charge you mean. That is the whole process — there is no form and no retention offer.
Before you ask your bank
If something looks wrong on your statement, please write to support@triperco.com first. A charge we can see and explain takes a day to sort out; a chargeback takes both of us weeks and costs the seller a fee whatever the outcome.
We will not dispute a refund we agree with, and we would rather refund you than win an argument about one.
