What Triperco is

Triperco finds the cheapest travel available across the market and then builds the rest of a trip around it. You describe the trip you want in your own words; we search flights leaving your airport — either priced measurably below what that route usually costs, or simply the lowest fare going to anywhere at all — and from there look up places to stay for those exact dates, things worth doing in that city and places to eat, and show you what the whole trip comes to as one number.

The options come from across the market rather than from one seller: flight data covering every airline on a route, accommodation quoted by the large booking sites and by Airbnb hosts, and things to do from public place data and from experience listings.

Triperco is a search and planning tool. It is not a travel agent, not a tour operator and not a booking platform. It does not sell travel, take payment, hold reservations or issue tickets.

We are not paid by any provider

No airline, hotel, host, booking site or other travel provider pays Triperco for a ranking, a placement, a badge or for inclusion, and we have no advertising, sponsorship, affiliate or commission arrangement with any of them. No result shown anywhere on this site is sponsored, promoted or boosted, and none is withheld or demoted because of any commercial arrangement, because there are none.

The order results appear in is determined only by the stated rule for that page: for flights, price, lowest first, with any fare a provider has measured as significantly below its usual price marked as such; for accommodation, price; for things to do and places to eat, how much evidence is behind the rating. The rule is the same for every visitor and can be checked by reading down the page.

This commitment is the basis on which the rest of this document should be read. Where we describe something as the cheapest or the best value for you, that is the only interest being served — we have no other.

If this ever changes, it will be stated on this page and in the answers on the site before it takes effect, not buried in a revision.

Booking happens elsewhere, in more than one place

When you choose to book, Triperco sends you to the provider — the airline, the hotel, the rental host or the marketplace selling it. Your booking contract is with that provider and nobody else.

A trip planned here is booked in several separate transactions, one per provider, and they are not linked to each other. If the flight is booked and the room is not, you have a flight and no room. Nothing on this site reserves, holds or connects any part of a trip, and marking something as booked here is a note to yourself rather than a reservation.

Each provider’s terms, cancellation policy and refund rules apply to their part. Your confirmation comes from them. If something goes wrong with a booking, they are who you deal with.

What "cheapest" and "deal" mean here

A flight deal is one the data shows to be significantly cheaper than usual for that route, time of year, trip length and cabin. A cheap flight is the opposite claim: the lowest fare available on that search, across every airline flying the route, with no discount claimed or implied. The two are shown on separate pages precisely so they cannot be mistaken for one another.

A stay deal is a property the provider itself has marked as below its usual rate, or a home that platform’s own travellers rate most highly. Where we additionally offer "the cheapest we would book", those are the lowest-priced rooms in the results rated at least four out of five by fifty or more guests. That is a filter on the evidence available to us — not an inspection, not an endorsement, and not a guarantee about any property.

A thing to do is ranked by its rating weighted against how many people left one — a measure of how well reviewed something is, not a discount, and it is never described as one.

All of these are measurements of somebody else’s data, not promises by us. "Cheapest" means the lowest price we found on that search at that moment from the sources we cover; it is not a claim that no lower price exists anywhere. A percentage saving describes what a price has usually been, which is not a guarantee about what it will be when you arrive.

We take no commission for ranking any option higher than another. Nothing shown is sponsored and no provider can pay to appear further up. See "We are not paid by any provider" above.

What the total is, and is not

The total on a trip is the sum of the prices we found for the parts you chose, each in the currency the provider quoted it in, each taken at the moment we searched. It is an estimate to compare trips with, not a quote and not a price anyone has offered you.

It does not include anything nobody told us about: baggage, seats, resort or city fees, local taxes collected on arrival, deposits, tips, or getting between places. Where a provider gives us a figure before tax as well as after, we show both. Where something has no price at all — most public attractions do not — it counts as nothing towards the total and the trip says so rather than treating it as free.

If part of a trip is priced in a different currency from the rest, it is left out of the total and the trip says that too. We do not convert currencies, because a converted figure is close, plausible, and different from what you will actually be charged.

Saved trips, transport plans and shared links

A saved trip records the prices as of the day you saved it and is labelled with that date. Travel prices move; an old trip is a record of what was available, not an offer that is still open.

Where we can, a saved trip also shows how to get between the airport, your accommodation and the things you picked, with journey times and links into Google Maps. Those are estimates from public routing data for a typical journey, not a timetable — services change, run differently at night and on holidays, and a route shown here is not a booking of any transport.

A trip can be shared as a link and saved as a PDF. Both are copies of what you planned, produced on your own device. Anyone with the link can see that trip, so treat it as public once you send it.

Prices and availability

Every price shown is a snapshot of a search at a moment in time. Prices and availability change constantly, and the provider re-prices when you arrive on their site.

Before you book, check that the dates, the airports, the room and the number of travellers on the provider’s page match what you planned here. A different search returns a different price, and that difference is not an error on either side.

What can be wrong

The descriptions, ratings, images, savings figures, journey times and opening details come from third-party data, and some of it is produced or summarised automatically. Sources are wrong sometimes, and so are the systems that read them. Times, durations, distances, prices and descriptions can all be wrong.

Treat anything Triperco shows you as a starting point to verify, not as a guarantee — particularly anything that would cost you money or a day of your trip if it were wrong. Always confirm the details on the provider’s own page before booking, and leave real margin around a journey time before a flight.

Acceptable use

Use Triperco to find travel for yourself and the people you are travelling with. Do not use it to scrape or resell the data it shows you, to overwhelm it with automated requests, or to attempt to break, probe or misuse the service.

We may rate-limit or block access that threatens the service or the cost of running it.

Availability

We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free. It depends on third-party search services that can fail, change or withdraw data without notice. When a lookup fails, the part of the trip it belonged to is simply missing — the rest still works.
